Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Made-to-order or pre‑sale items may require additional processing time; see product page for details.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard shipping: approx. 10-30 business days

• Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and destination; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on orders over $200.

• If the order does not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Carriers

We select the best carrier based on destination and delivery speed. We do not offer carrier selection.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. Track your package on our order tracking page or the carrier’s official website.

6. Non‑Delivery

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, first check with your local post office or neighbors.

• If still not received after 7 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service  for assistance.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

8. Customs & Duties

• International orders may incur import duties, VAT, etc., which are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We have no control over customs clearance delays.

9. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Belgium, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, and Russia. PO Box and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

10. Out‑of‑Stock / Exceptions

If an item is out of stock or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather) delay shipment, we will notify you promptly and arrange a later shipment or refund.
